Free White Paper Makes Sense of RFS2 Mandate
Biofuels Digest reports that RINStar and Stoel Rives have released a free, downloadable, white paper on the new Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS2), in “America Advances to Performance-Based Biofuels”.
The paper outlines key changes from RFS1, including different fuel designations and classifications, a first-of-its-kind GHG profile scheme, and Renewable Identification Numbers (RIN) transactions and compliance.
The paper is a must for those seeking to make sense of RFS2, which the authors describe as being much more complex than RFS1.
